Chocolate Banana Mug Cake
Top of the day dudes!!
As many of you know i really like bananas. I use it for almost everything nowdays. So today I proudly present my chocolate banana mug cake!! This is an easy recipe that i ate for breakfast today... And yesterday ;) Its really simple to make and it tastes awesome.
You need
60g oats
80g banana
15g One whey isolate French Vanilla (Whey proteinpowder)
100g eggwhites
½ One Whey bar Banana chocolate
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of cardamum (optional)
How to do it
1.Mix everything togheter (except for the One whey bar and ½ of the banana) with a handmixer until you have a smooth batter. Take a big cup or a smal bowl and lubricate it with a smal amount of coconutfat or some form of cooking grease. Then pour the batter in the cup.
2. Cut the bar into smal cubes. Then put it togheter with the rest of the banana & some cinnamon with a fork. Then put the chunk (banana, bar & cinnamon) in the middle of the batter.
3. Heat in microwave on full effect for 1.5 minutes.
4. Put the cup upside down on a plate and top it with some cinnamon and a few cubes of the bar (if you saved some from the middle chunk) (optional).

This recipe makes a BIG cake and many of you out there only need halv of it to be satisfied. I use it as a breakfast or a dessert to help me with my sweet tooth problem ;) If you dont have the One Whey Bar you could use any kind of protein bar. But i wont be as good ;)
