körde max på sittande bänkpress bröst. men vem fan bryr sig? inte jag iaf. maskiner zuger fan..

åt 7 äggvitor(ca 30 g protein och under 120 kcal). precis. innan dess en burk tonfisk o 75 g sallad. helt pk. har stark sås på tonfisken som dödar all smak. haha, och min andedräkt oxså, I guess.

 

imorgon blr d cardio en timme. hinenr fan inte mer. har träningsvärk i kroppen nu ständigt efter det jag börjat träna överkroppen igen. och faktiskt mina ben känner ajg av efter det att jag ökade på vikterna på ben-curl och körde typ 15 set.
